The working title of our new project is The Savior. The theme of the project is the story of two sisters who are brought up in different countries under different influences but share part of a common childhood. What we are aiming to examine through the play is what roles family, national identity, faith and social surroundings play in the development of one’s identity, and how we define ourselves as a person, and as a nation. The creators of the project are Réka Kincses film-and theatre writer from Germany, Veronika Szabó theatre director from Hungary, Alida Bevk actress from Slovenia and Yvette Feuer actress from Hungary. Four of the artists live in three different countries, but their mother tongue is Hungarian.
Why horizon?
We are an independent theatre company whose goals test the horizons or the boundaries of our perception:
• to recognize what happens to us, our histories both internal and external • to perceive those living on the periphery and their stories • to pay attention to the limits of our own vision
We strive to discover, present, recreate, and give meaning, “because there must be meaning.”

Support us!
Every year, our group holds 40 performances and nearly 70 Theatre in Education (TIE) classes for approx. 5000 disadvantaged children and young adults, who otherwise have no access (or very rare access) to such cultural programs. Become a patron! With your support, we can reach still more children and young adults. Thank you! BANK ACCOUNT: 11600006-00000000-65999585 IBAN HU71-1160-0006-0000-0000-6599-9585 SWIFT (BIC) GIBA HUHB
