REVIEWS:

The tragicomical story is about two sisters who really do not get along fine, but the play is presenting situations that may be familiar to all families. The siblings – Nana and Malvin – grew up together in ex-communist Transylvania in a tumultuous family and now are meeting up again in present-day Berlin. As they piece together their past, we gradually understand what led to their differences and what their family was like. Today, both grown-up, can they still find a way to connect? Will they be able to deal with the past, and can they accept and come to love the other, the strange, the different? Someone who isn’t and never was the person they wanted them to be? The play is recommended to anyone who has a brother or sister, anyone who doesn’t, and anyone who, at some time, has seen how bumpy the road that leads to love can be.
