Why horizon?

We are an independent theatre company whose goals test the horizons or the boundaries of our perception:

• to recognize what happens to us, our histories both internal and external • to perceive those living on the periphery and their stories • to pay attention to the limits of our own vision

We strive to discover, present, recreate, and give meaning, “because there must be meaning.”

Support us!

Every year, our group holds 40 performances and nearly 70 Theatre in Education (TIE) classes for approx. 5000 disadvantaged children and young adults, who otherwise have no access (or very rare access) to such cultural programs. Become a patron! With your support, we can reach still more children and young adults. Thank you!
